Sticky for Google Tasks
Your Google Tasks, always in the corner of your screen. A small translucent window for macOS that stays on top of whatever you are working on.
A task list that never gets buried.
- Always on top. The window floats above other apps so your list is visible while you work. Adjustable opacity, and it fades in when you point at it.
- Your real Google Tasks. Signs in with your Google account and syncs both ways with tasks.google.com, Gmail, and the mobile app.
- Full editing. Add, rename, reorder, indent into subtasks, add details, complete, and delete — all inline, with undo.
- Restore deleted tasks. Deleted tasks are hidden in Google's own apps. This one can show them and bring them back.
- Stays out of the way. Lives in the menu bar, not the Dock. Collapses to a small circle when you need the space.

Why the app asks to connect.
Sticky is a desktop window onto the task list you already keep in Google Tasks. To show and edit that list, it asks for one permission — the Google Tasks scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks) — and uses it only to read and write your task lists and tasks inside the app's own window.
You sign in through your system web browser using Google's standard OAuth flow, so the app never sees your password. Requests go straight from your Mac to Google's Tasks API. There is no SYDD Studio server, no analytics, and no third party — the developer cannot see your tasks or your account. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
